Bella-Dura™ 2008 SWEEPSTAKES
Abbreviated Entry Form, Official Rules

To Enter: Complete the official Entry Form at the Bella-Dura™ (“BD™”) website (www.bella-dura.com). Limit one entry per person. The information that you provide in connection with the sweepstakes may be used for BD™ internal purposes and to send you information about BD™ products and offers, but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the BD™ Sweepstakes or as required by law or legal process. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. One (1) winner for each prize will be selected at random from among all eligible entries. Entrants become eligible upon receipt of the Hospitality Design Expo Las Vegas 2008 pre-registration show materials. Final entries can be received no later than May 19, 2008, 5 PM (Eastern).

Drawing: Drawing - Wednesday May 21, 2008

The drawing will be conducted on or about Wednesday May 21, 2008, following the close of the HDV 08 show. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize winners will be notified via e-mail by a representative of BD™ or one of its affiliates. The prizes consist of the following:

one (1) 32" flat-screen, LCD/HD television, one (1) iPod touch, four (4) $100 Amex Gift Cards, two (2) iPod shuffles. Prize winners will be solely responsible for any and all additional registration fees, additional equipment, all federal, state, and local taxes (as applicable), maintenance, and all governing laws and regulations. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemptions allowed. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of BD™, its parent companies (Wearbest), subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising, production and promotion agencies, dealer or distributor personnel, and their immediate families (spouses, children, parents, siblings, and spouses of children or siblings), and household members are not eligible. In addition, employees and/or affiliates of Nielsen Media, Hospitality Design magazine, Hospitality Design Expo employees, contractors, laborers, or other affiliated show contractors are not eligible.
