Bella-Dura Fabric & Fiber Warranty
This limited warranty is validated upon American Fibers and Yarns Company’s receipt of the warranty registration card, signed by the sales representative where the product was purchased.
What is covered?
This warranty covers the fabric becoming unserviceable because of loss of strength or color from normal usage and exposure to weather and atmospheric conditions, including sunlight and mildew. This warranty covers the replacement of the fabric only.
How long is the period of coverage?
Wearbest Sil-Tex Mills and American Fibers and Yarns Company provide a warranty to the original purchaser of upholstered furniture, cushions and fabrics for two years for the COMMERCIAL Market and five years for the RESIDENTIAL Market from the original date of purchase/installation.
What happens if I have a problem?
Call the dealer or retailer from whom you purchased the product to inspect the claim. They will contact the manufacturer of the item purchased, who will contact Bella-Dura™ and American Fibers and Yarns Company. American Fibers and Yarns Company will ask to evaluate the fabric in question, and if it is determined to be inconsistent with the warranty, Bella-Dura will provide replacement fabric to the original purchaser.
Is there anything that the warranty does not cover?
This warranty does not cover damage to the fabric caused by animals, chemicals, improper cleaning, unreasonable use, improper installation of fabric, or defective fabric weaving. The warranty does not apply to fabric to which any stain or soil repellant treatment has been applied by anyone other than the fabric manufacturer, with the exception of the manufacturer approved 303 High Tech Fabric Guard.
